La televisión pública azerí ICTIMAI elige a Aisel para representar a Azerbaiyán en el Festival de Eurovisión de 2018. La canción que defenderá en el Altice Arena de Lisboa es “X my heart”, un tema con un mensaje positivo compuesto por Dimitris Kontopoulos, Sandra Bjurman y producido por Tim Bran, artistas creadores de éxitos eurovisivos de anteriores ediciones.
Aisel
Aisel es una cantante azerí que siempre ha estado ligada al mundo de la música. Además de cantar también compone, es pianista y el género con el que parece que se siente más cómoda es el Jazz. Ha participado en varios certámenes musicales como el Baku International Jazz Festival o el conocido festival de Jazz de Montreux en Suiza. Ahora, sin el saxo, interpretará “X my heart” para toda Europa.
