Ellie Delvaux es el verdadero nombre de Blanche que representa a Bélgica en Eurovisión 2017Acude al Festival con la canción "City lights" compuesta por ella misma junto a Pierre Dumoulin.
Es una de las concursantes más jóvenes. Tiene sólo 17 años pero ya sabe lo que es actuar ante la audiencia porque ha participado en La Voz de Bélgica.
Parte como una de las favoritas de Eurovisión 2017 con una canción muy actual que recoge las tendencias musicales de los últimos meses y que le permite mostrar su elegancia vocal.
Bélgica debuta en el Festival el 9 de mayo en la primera semifinal.
