Investiture candidate Mariano Rajoy has committed to bringing together the presidents of the autonomous regions in order to ¿reach a minimum agreement¿ in view of reforming the financing system.
He has also committed to presenting the economic part of the islands¿ Economic and Tax Regime in Congress ¿in the near future".
